Donation Drop Off Service Requirements:

• All hard & soft line donations are open at our donation center behind our store at the black gate 10pm-4pm.

• ​Soft goods can also be dropped off at our soft goods only Blue Bin Locations.

• *Furniture drop offs must be scheduled by email or calling (916) 972-1212.
   

Free Donation Pick up Service Requirements:

We pick up most furniture items, clothing, and other household goods for FREE under the following conditions:​

• All pre-approved furniture will always be inspected for approval on site and may be rejected even though it's pre-approved

• We are not able to go upstairs to pick up items.

• Average pick-up wait time is 5 days.

*Acceptable donation items for pickup: 

• furniture, 

• large appliances (5-7 years old), Must be testable on site*

Items we do NOT accept (not limited to): 

• Mattresses Or Box Springs 

• Head Boards/Foot Boards,

• Missing Parts/Structural Damage

• Metal bed frames, 

• Sleeper Sofas,

• Furniture with a Cover over it 

• Worn and Damaged furniture:

  • Severe Rips / Stains / Soiled / Subjected To Cigarette Smoke / Pet Odor / Pet Hair / Pet Damage

• TV armoires/Entertainment center

• China Hutches 

• L-shaped desks,

• Conference Tables

• Built In Appliances

• Appliances that are not operable or that cannot be tested upon arrival to the pickup location.

• Lighting Requiring Direct Connection Paint Or Other Toxic Materials

• Can Pose A Safety/Sanitary Concern

• Carpeting Or Remnants

• Anything That Holds A Child

• Firearms Or Weapons Of Any Kind

• Encyclopedias Or Large Volume Reference Books

• Non Flat Screen TVs / Tube TVs Computers, Monitors, Keyboards, CPUs, Office Copiers

• Any Items That Have Been Exposed To The Elements Or Pose A Safety/Sanitary Concern.

• No Stairs

• All items are inspected on site and may be rejected

 

*Restrictions do change according to the volume of donations - we will alert you to these if necessary.

*ALL DONATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE DISCRETION OF THE TRANSPORTATION TEAM

  • Operating hours are weekdays: 10am – 4:30pm & Weekends: 11am-5:30pm. 

• We have a high volume of requests coming in, please allow up to 5 days for your email to be reviewed. ​
